Terms and Conditions
What this site is and is not, whose contract your order is, the two conventions these pages are written under, and the limits of what an information desk can promise you. Effective September 24, 2026.

Quick answer
Lymphsaviorcleanse is an information desk — not the seller, not the manufacturer, not a pharmacy and not a medical provider. The label names a distributor, Lymph Savior of Akron, Ohio, and no manufacturer. No order is placed here: price, delivery, refunds and the guarantee are the seller’s contract, made on the page where you pay. Where the bottle disagrees with a page, the bottle wins.
01 scope
What this site is, and the five things it is not
Effective September 24, 2026. An information desk — not the seller, not the manufacturer, not a pharmacy and not a clinician.
These terms govern your use of Lymphsaviorcleanse. They are written in ordinary English because a term nobody reads protects nobody, and they are effective from September 24, 2026. By reading these pages you accept them; if you do not, the remedy costs nothing — close the tab.
What this site is
Lymphsaviorcleanse is an information desk, describing itself as a licensed U.S. retail desk for Lymph Savior. Its work is to transcribe the Lymph Savior label, including the full Supplement Facts panel read from the label artwork on the brand’s storefront, print the seller’s supplied material, check what both say against federal consumer reference pages where one exists, and say plainly where neither source states a fact, rather than filling it in with an estimate.
What this site is not
Not the seller. No sale happens on this website. There is no checkout here and no order can be placed here.
Not the manufacturer. The label names a distributor, “Lymph Savior, Akron, OH 44301”, and prints that distributor’s own phone line and email; questions about the formula belong there. No manufacturer is named on the label or in the seller’s material. This desk’s own addresses are the two in New York given at the end of these terms.
Not a pharmacy. Nothing is dispensed here, nothing is compounded and no prescription is filled.
Not a medical provider. The people who write and review these pages are not your clinician, and nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment plan or advice about your medication. That point has a page of its own, the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Not the official brand website. The brand runs its own information and sales page, and that is where the order button goes.
02 editorial
The two conventions these pages are written under
Two conventions run through every page here, and between them they explain most of what a reader might otherwise mistake for an omission.
The “not stated” convention
Where neither the label nor the seller’s material states a fact, these pages say so rather than estimating it. The convention is applied strictly. No price appears anywhere on this site; the live price is shown at checkout, and every reference to one here reads shown at checkout. Ingredient amounts appear exactly as the label prints them, in micrograms (mcg), without conversion or rounding. No certificate of analysis is published, because none was supplied, although a certificate reference was. No manufacturer is named, because the label names only a distributor.
On this product the label answers most of what a reader would ask. It is not a proprietary blend: each of the eleven lines carries its own amount. The capsule is gelatin, listed with brown rice flour. The label prints a caution statement, a storage line and a “no added” line for eggs, dairy, wheat and preservatives. What it does not state — the caffeine the yerba mate brings, and who manufactured the capsules — is written as not stated wherever it comes up, and the panel on the bottle you receive is the one to trust if it ever differs from the transcription here.
No reviews, no ratings
This site publishes no customer quotes, no star scores and no aggregate rating, and carries no review or rating markup in its structured data anywhere. The supplied pack described its own review block, in its own words, as layout copy only, so we left it out entirely. The scorecard on some pages is this desk’s own assessment of what is published on the label, and it is not a customer rating.
Accuracy, and the document that wins
These pages are written carefully and checked against the sources named on them. They may still contain an error, sources change, and a label can be revised without notice. Where the bottle in your hand disagrees with something written here, the bottle wins. Read the label before you take anything, and if you find a discrepancy write to the website inbox listed in the site footer, because a correction is more useful to us than a compliment.
03 commercial
The affiliate relationship, and whose contract your order is
How this site is paid, stated in the terms rather than buried in a footnote.
The affiliate relationship
The order button on this site points at the brand’s own information and sales page, and this desk is paid when an order completes there. That is the whole of the commercial relationship and it is why the editorial rules at the top of every page are written down where a reader can hold us to them.
The desk’s own wording is “Licensed U.S. retail desk — Lymph Savior”. A retail desk sells the product and answers the phone. It does not make the capsules, it does not write the label and it is not the party who would hold a certificate of analysis. Questions about what is in the capsule belong with the distributor named on the label.
There is no arrangement under which the brand or the seller reviews, approves or edits anything on these pages before publication. The clearest evidence is the site itself: it declines to publish the supplied customer reviews, shows where the three marketing cards name fewer plants than the label does, and says plainly that the seller’s vegetarian roundel does not fit a gelatin capsule.
Your order is a contract with the seller, not with us
When you follow the order button you leave this website, and what happens afterwards is between you and the seller on the page where you pay. Every commercial term of your purchase is theirs, not ours. That includes:
- the price you are charged, and any tax or shipping added to it;
- whether an order is accepted, and whether a pack is in stock;
- delivery, timing, carriage and tracking;
- the money-back guarantee, its length and the date it runs from;
- refunds, returns, return postage and who pays it;
- cancellations, changes to an order, and any subscription arrangement.
Anything this site says about those subjects describes material supplied to it, is offered to help you read the sales page, and is not a promise by us. The terms on the page where you pay are the terms that bind. Read them there before you pay, and screenshot the guarantee wording with the date visible.
Which number does what
This desk has one number, and it does one job. The order desk, listed in the site footer, handles order tracking, changes and refunds. It is the number to call with an order ID in front of you. It is not a formulation desk; for questions about the formula, the label prints the distributor’s own phone line and email. The website inbox, also in the site footer, reaches this desk about pages, typos, privacy and press, and cannot see an order.
04 the legal part
Intellectual property, acceptable use and liability
The ordinary clauses, kept short.
Intellectual property
The words on this site, its structure, its tables, its interactive elements and its code belong to this desk. You are welcome to read them, print a page for your own use, and quote a passage with attribution and a link. Republishing a page, or a substantial part of one, requires permission, which you can ask for at the website inbox in the site footer. The product name, the label artwork, the packaging photographs and the seals belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify and discuss the product. No endorsement by any of those owners is implied.
Acceptable use
Read the site, use it, link to it, argue with it. Do not attempt to break it, overload it or take it down. Do not scrape it wholesale, do not republish its text as your own, and do not misrepresent yourself as this desk or as the seller. We reserve the right to block an address that does any of those things.
Links out
This site links to federal consumer reference pages, to the seller’s page and occasionally elsewhere. Those destinations are not under our control and their content is not our responsibility — a link is a pointer, not a warranty. The eighteen federal references cited across this site were each opened and read on September 24, 2026, which is why every citation carries the date it was read.
No warranty, and limitation of liability
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is complete, free of error, always available, or fit for any particular purpose — and especially not any outcome from using the product it describes, because no such outcome may be promised by anybody. The claim on the front of this bottle is a support claim and it carries the FDA disclaimer.
To the fullest extent the law allows, this desk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of this site or your purchase of a product described on it, including lost profit, wasted expenditure, or a dispute with the seller about price, delivery, refunds or a guarantee. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded it is limited to the amount, if any, you have paid to this desk — which for a reader of an information site is nothing. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law or removes a consumer right you hold under the law of your state.
05 closing
Medical matters, governing law, changes and contact
Three closing matters and a contact route.
Medical matters are on a separate page
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and the statements about the Lymph Savior label have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The reasons that sentence matters here — that the label prints its amounts in micrograms with no context, that one ingredient brings caffeine the label does not quantify, and that this site found no NCCIH, NIH ODS or MedlinePlus consumer page for seven of the eleven botanicals — are set out on the disclaimer. Read it before you take anything, and talk to your own clinician first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the United States, and by the law of the State of New York where a state law applies, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website goes to the courts of that jurisdiction. A dispute about your order is a different thing, governed by the terms of the page where you paid, which is also where you will find whatever the seller says about arbitration, venue and notice periods.
Changes, severability and the whole agreement
These terms may be revised. The current version is always the one on this page, and using the site after a change means accepting it. If a court finds a clause unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms, the privacy policy and the disclaimer are the whole agreement between you and this desk about this website.
How to reach us
The website inbox in the site footer, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET, for these terms, these pages, a correction, a permission request or a complaint. Postal mail reaches 1370 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 4, New York, NY 10019, USA. For an order, use the sales desk listed in the site footer; for a question about the formula, the distributor’s line printed on the label. Returns, per the supplied material, go to 277 Park Avenue, Floor 38, New York, NY 10172, USA — but call the sales line first.
